I work as a Product & UX Designer for the payment solution provider Walley. I've spent my time over the last 4 years improving the post-purchase experience for our merchants customers - from when a purchase is made, to when a customer returns back for the next. I've worked with both B2C and B2B, and been part of revamping old products as well ass building new ones from scratch.

I work in a few different product teams, all within a similar domain. I work on everything across the product lifecycle and its different stakeholders, and I enjoy making complex problems solved with smartness and impact. I build and maintain design systems, help drive research and innovation, and collaborate my way to reach alignment and clairity.

Tools used: Figma, Adobe Suite, Looker Studio, Grafana, Google Analytics, QlikView, Capturi, Azure (for UX copy writing).

Walley Hybrid App

The Walley app is a hybrid app built for web and mobile and with a mobile first approach. It allows its users to handle their purchases and payments that have been made with any of Walleys merchants. We've made some major usability improvements in our app over the last few years, connecting orders better with the payment flow as well as adding requested features and experiences for our users. That better experience has allowed our customer base to grow signicficantly and with great CSAT scores.

Working with our Merchant Hub and our B2B Portal

I've also been part of designing our Merchant Hub and B2B portal. These products serve different user groups and needs from the B2B perspective. The Merchant Hub is a order management portal for merchants and the B2B portal is a purchase management tool for company purchase authorization and invoicing.
